What This App Is

Pocket P.M. ("we," "our," "the app") is a job-site daily log and project management tool for construction contractors, published by SD Applications LLC. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it's used, and your choices.

Information We Collect

• Account information: your email address and password (handled securely by our authentication provider, Supabase — we never see or store your password in plain text).
• Job-site data you enter: job names and addresses, daily log transcripts, site photos, team member contact details, schedule/task information, and project estimates.
• Voice transcripts: when you record a daily log, the audio is transcribed on your device and the resulting text is sent to our backend, which uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate structured reports (daily log, schedule impact, client update, change order draft).
• Location: used only to auto-fill the day's weather for your log entry, and only when you grant permission. You can always skip this and enter weather manually.
• Camera/photos: used only when you choose to attach a site photo to a log entry.
• Subscription/purchase information: if you subscribe through the App Store or Google Play, Apple/Google and our subscription management provider, RevenueCat, share your subscription status (active, cancelled, etc.) with us — we do not receive your payment card details.

How We Use Your Information

Your job-site data is used solely to provide the app's features to you — generating reports, tracking your schedule, and so on. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your job-site data to train AI models.

Who We Share Data With

• Supabase — hosts our database and handles account login.
• Anthropic — processes your daily-log transcripts to generate reports, via our own server-side connection (your personal account/API key is never involved).
• Open-Meteo — provides weather data based on your location, when you use auto-fill.
• RevenueCat, Apple, and Google — manage in-app subscriptions.

We do not share your job-site data with any other third parties.

Data Isolation

Every user's data is walled off at the database level — no other customer can ever see your jobs, logs, photos, or estimates.

Deleting Your Account

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete My Account), or from our account deletion page if you no longer have the app installed. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Children's Privacy

Pocket P.M. is a business tool intended for adult contractors and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
